Terms and Conditions

• To get married in Ontario you are required to obtain a marriage licence in Ontario from any municipality or city hall. https://www.ontario.ca/page/getting-married
• Two witnesses (age 16 +) are required to be present at your ceremony, sign your marriage licence, the wedding register, and the Record of Solemnization (attached to the marriage licence).
• A deposit is required to book your wedding.
• You must adhere to the time you have booked. You are allowed a designated amount of time from the time booked. Sweet Toute Suite wedding is 15 minutes. The Simple I Do is half an hour. All other weddings booked are allowed one hour in the chapel.
• Please have a person arrive 10 minutes ahead of your booked time with the marriage licence, to allow for processing.
• We can provide wifi.
• For livestreaming, you must be prepared to start at the designated time. The ceremony will not be delayed for participants on livestream.
• If your wedding party is more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to defer your ceremony to later that same day, or another date, if required.
• The chapel is already decorated. LIMITED changes are allowed.
• All bouquets and boutonnieres are available to borrow. You may have a custom bouquet ordered when you book. See the Floral section.
• NO food and drink may be brought into the chapel. We have non-alcoholic Sparkling available for purchase, with the use of crystal goblets.
• We have a team of photographers and videographers available. See our photo and video packages. You are allowed to bring your own cameras, photographer, and videographer.
• All packages include an officiant. You may bring you own officiant. (Please make sure they are registered to perform marriages in Ontario. This is public information available on line.) There is no price reduction is you have your own officiant.
• The chapel is available for wedding ceremonies ONLY.
• Extra time is available upon special arrangement, if available.
• NO confetti, rice, flower petals, or bubbles in the chapel or in the garden.
• We have washroom facilities with a small space to change.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Weddings booked can be postponed and rebooked within the year from the date of the ceremony.
